Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address within the United Kingdom and Ireland, although there may be restrictions on some products and areas.

As we ship from Northern Ireland there are No Additional Tariffs or Charges to Orders From Within the European Union.

When you place your order we check our own stocks and the stocks of our suppliers, with the aim to dispatch your goods as quick as possible, and from the closest location to you.

Once despatched deliveries can take between 2 and 5 working days for goods that we, or our suppliers, have in stock. This timeframe changes regularly and we will update as demand changes.

We charge a flat shipping rate of £10 for any order. Orders to Highlands, Islands and Northerly parts of Scotland will incur a £7.50 additional surcharge.

Please ensure that you have checked all your goods asap upon receipt.

Please inspect your goods within the first 3 days of receiving delivery to ensure:

• You are happy with the goods you have received.
• There is no obvious breakages upon delivery.
• There is no obvious physical faults or damages with the purchased goods.
• You have received the correct number of goods you purchased and the goods are what you ordered.

Returns Policy

To try and keep things really simple, we can sum up our Returns Policy in two short sentences. We will accept returns as long as:

• They haven't been fitted, wired or used.
• They have their original packaging in resalable condition.

Goods ordered online and delivered sight unseen will be able to avail of distance selling laws and will be subject to a refund up to 14 days of receipt of the goods. This will not apply to goods that are made to order, amended or tailored in any way.

Goods ordered in store can be returned but we will only give store credit on these orders, no refund will be given. This does not apply to goods that are made to order, amended or tailored in any way.

Any items wishing to be returned must be returned to our Bangor showroom at the customers expense.
